Start Something Different was founded by Lizzy Reid, who brings with her 15 years experience in the recruitment industry across a variety of specialist markets in the UK and Asia.
Lizzy has recruited from junior to senior and executive level roles over a broad range of vertical markets from hospitality to luxury fashion to finance, media and digital. Lizzy has strong relationships with a wide network of leading industry professionals and a track record of success. All candidates undergo a robust screening process including a detailed initial face to face consultation which enables us to secure a good understanding of their personality and which organisations they would be most suited to.
Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Only after we deem the candidate suitable for the role we would we then divulge the name of the organisation if at all, dependent on the confidential nature. An initial shortlist of a maximum of four candidates are presented for your selection for interview.
Finding you a job
Putting trust in someone to help you find your new job can sometimes be rather daunting. We keep in touch with you, we let you know what is happening and where we are in the process of finding you a new job.
After interviews we call you straight away to get your feedback, and equally contact the client to get feedback. If you have been successful/unsuccessful we let you know straightaway.
